Performance-Seeking Control of Aero-Propulsion System Based on Intelligent Optimization and Active Disturbance Rejection Fusion Controller

To investigate the performance potential of aero-propulsion system and problem control mode conversion, this paper takes inlet/engine integrated component-level model as research object, a performance-seeking (PSC) scheme based on neighborhood-based speciation differential evolution–grey wolf optimization (NSDE-GWO) algorithm is designed combined with an active disturbance rejection (ADRC) to establish multivariable fusion closed-loop system. The analysis reveals that NSDE-GWO hybrid algorithm, which advantages two algorithms, significantly improves computing efficiency accuracy, achieving better solutions in three different modes. intelligent controller able achieve smooth transition modes ensure engine provided stable thrust during operation under supersonic conditions, for maintained at reasonable level. Maximum installed capable no loss maximum fluctuation rate within 2000 N/s, largest variation conversion being less than 0.9% minimum turbine temperature specific fuel consumption mode. This study presents theoretical foundation engineering applications design propulsion controllers.
